About this site

This site contains my publications related to the aspects of the knowledge economy.

Knowledge management went in the last century from being a complete hype to being more than anything unfulfilled promises and deep disappointment. But if the omens are right, systems that support knowledge management could be on the brink of a revival. This time not developed on the basis of technology, but on cogent analysis of dynamic decision-making processes.

The bottom line is that a paradigm shift to knowledge-based systems is inexorably occurring because of the added mission and business value they enable.

Some of these publications can also be found on LinkedIn, Slideshare or my Theiland Blog.
